Therefore, iBurst Forum has an important role to play to brainstorm the vary challenges facing the iBurst community. The forum’s renew theme, iBurst: Strategy and Policy of Mobile Broadband Communication Network, is of high relevance to many developing countries, particularly Indonesia for the current household broadband penetration rate is less than 1%, which demonstrated the room for digital improvement in line with the Indonesia government’s inspiration to achieve the objective of the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS) by year 2015.
