Responsibilities:
>> Attend to global membership application and recruitment;
>> Responsible for the association's website, e-newsletter and printing material;
>> Responsible for all correspondences and administration on Human Resources and Finance;
>> Assist in event planning and execution;
>> Communicating with the association's members, attend to enquiries and obtain feedback from time
to time for a betterment;
>> To carry out any other duties/projects as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
>> Degree or Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
>> Independent, self-motivated and possess good organizing and time management skills;
>> Good networking skills and service orientation;
>> Strong communication and able to work with all levels of people;
>> Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time; |

Responsibilities:
>> Develop, implement and maintain a constant marketing communication and marketing program for the association;
>> Responsible for membership application and recruitment;
>> Coordinate and liaison with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations and laws concerning the project;
>> Responsible on the execution, timing and follow-up of marketing and program development regionally;
>> Maintain a close contact and develop cordial relationship with its association members, media, agencies, suppliers, government agencies, suppliers and business associates;
>> Produce creative writing for presentations, press releases and kits, newsletters and other communications with internal and external parties.
Requirements:
>> Degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in PR/Event
Management / Advertising/Media;
>> Demonstrate strong leadership skills, self-discipline and able to manage multiple projects at the same time;
>> Independent, self-motivated and possess good organizing and time management skills;
>> Strong communication and able to work with all levels of people; |
